MARAMA held a CARB 100 series course on January 29 - February 1, 2008 in Norristown, PA which is located just outside of Philadelphia.

This series of courses was intended to be a concise introduction to air pollution for entry-level compliance inspectors and other enforcement staff.  Attendees gained a working knowledge of the historical, technical, regulatory, and enforcement aspects of air pollution.
