EPA Region III held training on the Emission Inventory System for the NEI on April 15-16, 2008 in Philadelphia, PA.

The two day course covered:

• Provide a general overview of the implementation plan,
• Highlight the major changes from the old process to the new process,
• Review the entire EIS process, from S/L/T inventory creation to publishing the NEI,
• Detailed discussion of the facility inventory process.
• Reporting emissions for Point, Nonpoint, Onroad/Nonroad, and a
• Detailed discussion of A/L/M and Events.

Staff from US EPA OAQPS provided the instruction.
