Working with member states and contractors, MARAMA developed regional emissions inventories for 2009, 2013, and 2018. The inventory for each year was developed considering projected growth in emissions as well as control measures that had been adopted and were expected to be implanted. In addition, 2009 and 2018 inventories were developed to reflect additional control measures that the states in the Ozone Transport Region or the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Visibility Union agreed to pursue for purposes of meeting the ozone standard or making progress in reducing regional haze. The MANE-VU Future Year Emissions Inventories were finalized in 2007.
